Horizon 2020 MSCA-RISE FORMILK “Innovative technology for the detection of enzyme activity in milk” project is dedicated to the development of instrumental analytical methods applicable in the determination of indigenous and exogenous enzyme activities in milk and dairy products.

FORMILK project involves academic and industrial participants from EU countries and also from US and Canada. Further details on FORMILK can be found on the project homepage.

The scope of FORMILK 2019 School is to highlight the importance of different enzymatic activity assays in dairy products, and to demonstrate currently used, as well as newly developed, highly sensitive measurement techniques.

The school is open to project partners and (in a limited number) to non-project students, researchers from academy, university, and participants from dairy industry.
