ORGANIZERS

FORMILK 2019 School is co-organized by the Functional Interfaces Research Group at the Research Centre for Natural Sciences, Hungarian Academy of Sciences (RCNS) and the Hungarian Dairy Research Institute (HDRI).

The Research Centre for Natural Sciences is a center of multidisciplinary research activities in natural sciences, in the fields of materials- and environmental chemistry, enzymology, organic chemistry, as well as cognitive neuroscience and psychology.

Hungarian Dairy Research Institute, besides the national regulatory control activity, is currently focusing on development of functional (health) dairy products and production technologies, research on environmentally friendly production and packaging processes, and the development of quality and food safety.
